DIRECTIONS OF USE.
The recommended daily serving is 1.75 g of powder. For accurate measurement, use a scale and mix with 400 ml of water or a beverage of your choice in a shaker bottle.
Divide the prepared drink into 5 equal servings. Each serving should contain approximately 0.35 g of powder mixed with 80 ml of liquid. Consume one serving every 2 hours. Do not exceed one daily serving! Shake well before each consumption! Consume the prepared product on the same day it is made.
