Dr.TestoMax by Giatros Nutrition (GNx)

The TestoMax is an evidence-based testosterone booster, crafted for men aiming to elevate hormonal performance, vitality, and recovery. Rooted in endocrine physiology and supported by human trials, it blends adaptogens, androgen-supportive botanicals, and dopaminergic nutrients to naturally support testosterone production. Whether you're an athlete, biohacker, or looking to reclaim your edge, Dr. TestoMax offers hormone optimization backed by science. Ashwagandha is an evidence-based adaptogen that modulates the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) and hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axes. It lowers cortisol levels by regulating the stress response via the GABAergic and serotonergic systems, thereby reducing catabolism. This cortisol reduction is strongly associated with increased levels of total and free testosterone, as well as luteinizing hormone (LH). Clinical trials have also shown that Ashwagandha improves post-exercise recovery, VO₂max, fertility parameters, and sexual satisfaction. Furthermore, evidence supports its role in enhancing resilience to physical and psychological stressors, supporting the endocrine, immune, and central nervous systems.

Fenugreek is rich in steroidal saponins — primarily protodioscin — which exhibit anti-aromatase activity, thereby reducing the enzymatic conversion of testosterone to estradiol. This leads to increased total testosterone by minimizing estrogen-mediated negative feedback on the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. Additionally, fenugreek has been shown to lower sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), resulting in higher free (bioavailable) testosterone levels. Clinical trials report improvements in libido, sexual arousal, and muscle strength, along with beneficial effects on body composition and insulin sensitivity. Further evidence suggests that fenugreek works synergistically with resistance training by increasing androgen receptor sensitivity, while it also improves muscular creatine absorption.

The Shilajit is a highly bioactive natural resin of mineral origin, rich in fulvic acid, dibenzopyrones, urea, and humic substances — compounds that work synergistically to enhance mitochondrial function, electron transport, and ATP synthesis. Randomized clinical trials in humans have shown that shilajit increases both total and free testosterone levels, while also improving sperm parameters. Fulvic acid additionally exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and boosts nitric oxide (NO) production, indirectly supporting vascular perfusion and steroidogenesis by Leydig cells.

The Boron is an essential ultratrace element involved in the regulation of steroid hormones, calcium and magnesium metabolism, and the modulation of inflammatory pathways. Human trials have shown that it can reduce SHBG, thereby increasing the biologically active fraction of free testosterone. In addition to its role in hormonal balance, boron supports bone mineral density, cognitive function, and prostate health, while also exerting anti-inflammatory effects — making it a systemic health-supportive element.

Mucuna pruriens is a leguminous adaptogen naturally rich in L-Dopa, the direct precursor to dopamine. Dopaminergic signaling plays a pivotal role in stimulating gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) release from the hypothalamus, which in turn enhances luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone production in the testes. Additionally, L-Dopa enhances libido, mood, and sexual motivation, while mitigating stress-induced prolactin elevations that suppress the HPG axis. Mucuna has been shown to improve sperm parameters in men under oxidative stress, partly via upregulation of antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx).

Phospholipids: Phospholipids act as carriers and absorption enhancers, forming liposomal or micellar complexes with bioactive compounds. Through this mechanism, they improve the solubility of ingredients in lipid environments, enhance cell membrane permeability, and increase their bioavailability. Unlike substances such as piperine, they do not affect enzymatic systems (e.g., CYP450) or transport proteins, but act through physicochemical protection and transport of molecules, preventing their degradation in the gastrointestinal tract. This provides a safety advantage, as they present no risk of pharmacokinetic interactions.
