DIRECTIONS OF USE.
Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1½ scoops) with 200 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after your workout and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
